Terms & Conditions

1. General
- These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Bark Park at Sandy Lane (“the Field”).
- By booking and using the Field, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Use of the Field is entirely at your own risk.
2. Bookings & Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance via the approved booking system.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings are non-transferable without prior agreement.
3. Arrival & Departure
- Customers must not enter the Field before their allocated time.
- Please vacate promptly at the end of your session.
- All gates must be securely closed at all times.
4. Dog Control & Behaviour
- Dogs remain the full responsibility of their owner/handler at all times.
- Dogs must be kept under control and supervised at all times.
- Aggressive or dangerous dogs must not be brought onto the premises.
- Owners must ensure their dog(s) will not attempt to escape or damage fencing.
5. Dog Health & Welfare
- All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments.
- Dogs showing signs of illness must not attend.
- Bitches in season are not permitted.
6. Cleanliness, Field Condition & Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide their own dog waste bags.
- All dog waste must be removed immediately.
- The Field must be left clean and tidy.
- Dogs must not be permitted to dig.
- Any damage must be reported.
- All toys and equipment must be taken home.
7. Safety
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Equipment is used at your own risk.
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances.
- Uneven ground – appropriate footwear must be worn.
8. Bee Hives & Natural Hazards
- Bee hives are located on site.
- By using the Field, you accept the risk of bee stings.
- Do not approach or disturb hives.
9. Boarding Kennels & Shared Access
- No access to kennels.
- Dogs must be on leads outside the field.
- Release only when gate is secure.
10. Cancellations & Rebooking
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- No-shows lose their session.
- If you wish to cancel and reschedule your booking, please contact us at bookings@sandylanebarkpark.co.uk.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking will not be accepted.
11. Liability
- Use at your own risk.
- No liability for injury, loss, or damage.
12. Refusal of Access
Access may be refused for breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
